How It Works:

  • Personalized Health Profile
    Your dietitian will collect all of the information needed about your health, challenges, and goals. (What you eat and your eating habits;  health conditions, symptoms and challenges; and review labs and test results from your doctor.)
  • Judgment-Free Counseling
    Your dietitian is 100% on your team. He is here to guide, support and make adjustments to your plan on a regular basis. Life happens and this is when we can come up with a plan to nativate your speed bumps on your way to success. Setbacks are expected along the journey and we will navigate them with new found confidence. Give yourself grace, ask your dietitian for help, and get back to your plan.
  • Customized Treatment Plan
    We will create a personalized nutrition treatment plan based on your health, preferences, and lifestyle. Leave your appointment with specific action items to get started on. You won’t leave with unneccesary, expensive supplements or herbs to buy as add-ons.
  • Regular Check-Ins
    Your dietitian will frequently check-in with you to provide the support and accountability you need to achieve your goals.
  • Follow-Up Appointments
    You’ll continue to meet with your dietitian to talk about your progress and modify your nutrition goals and treatment plan as needed.

Yes, we accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Cigna, MVP, United Healthcare, United Healthcare Empire Plan and Medicare.

Each individual plan can have specifics of what conditions and how many appointments are covered. We have an office team that will do all of the legwork for you. Please call our LWell office team at 833-516-0454. Have your insurance information handy!

We offer discounted self pay options for all of those that are not covered.
